Your Toughest Pumping Problem
NE Series
With flanged connections and solid drive shaft. |
The rugged and versatile NE pumps handle water-like materials, as well as sludges, viscous and shear-sensitive slurries, heavy pastes and abrasive media. With output capacities from 0-2150 gpm and pressure capabilities up to 1000 psi, NE pumps feature either pin-type universal joints, patented single SM sealed gear-type universal joints, Netzsch's exclusive double sealed gear-type joints or, in larger models, the sealed pivot joint. Options include a choice of suction rotation, pumping direction, bypass arrangements, drives and portable baseplates. |

NES Series
Open throat with auger feed and solid drive shaft. |
NES pumps are designed to pump high viscosity, high solids content materials with virtually no flow characteristics. The large open throat suction permits full flow of most materials, and an auger feed efficiently moves materials into the rotor / stator pumping elements. Output capacities range from 0-1000 gpm and pressure capabilities up to 1000 psi. NES pumps are available with pin-type universal joints, Netzsch's exclusive double sealed gear-type joints or, in larger models, the sealed pivot joint. Options include a choice of drives and portable baseplates. |

NESP Series
Open throat with auger feed, bridge breaker and solid drive shaft. |
NESP pumps are designed to handle high viscosity, high solids content materials with virtually no flow characteristics that tend to bridge. Their large open throat suction and breaking device prevent these materials from bridging in the open throat. The breaking device and auger feed move material from the suction housing to the pumping elements. The bridge breaker is powered by an auxiliary motor. NESP pumps have output capacities from 0-100 gpm and pressure up to 1000 psi. Most sizes are available with pin-type universal joints or Netzsch's exclusive double sealed gear-type joint. Larger sizes are available with sealed pivot-type joints. Options include a choice of drives and portable baseplates. |
